Sow Maruba Santoh Asian variety cabbage microgreens seeds on growth medium or soil. Allow a little space between each seed so that they can breath. Spray seeds down with water and cover with a wet paper towel. This allows the seeds to retain more moisture and to feel like they are buried. Cover the tray with something large and flat. This provides darkness to the seed. Keep covered for a couple of days and check moisture levels daily. AFter the seeds have germinated place under light or next to a windowsill so they can perform photosynthesis and become the vibrant green as pictured.
