This annual should be planted in a fully sun-exposed area. Direct sow. Plant seeds a quarter of an inch deep and space two to six inches apart. Ninety to a hundred and twenty days until maturity. The globe grows to a four inch diameter. Plant in the cool season. Plant in spring and then again in the late summer if a second harvest is desired.
