Squash Seeds - Winter - Sweet Dumpling

Cucurbita pepo. As its name suggests this Winter Squash is rather sweet. Non-GMO and heirloom, this squash looks like a pumpkin that has dressed itself for halloween. Spotty green lines and freckles adorn its rind and the pale yellow flesh (sometimes orange) is excellent for stuffing.
