Cilantro Seeds - Slow Bolt

Coriandrum sativum. This is an ancient, cool season heirloom grown initially in North Africa and parts of Western Asia. As its name suggests, this variety is very slow to bolt and thus produces well into the end of the season. Its culinary uses are the same as typical cilantro and as always, it makes a fantastic garnish. Try cilantro in your next Bloody Mary mix. Non-GMO.
