Mustard Seeds - Mizuna Red Streaks

The Mizuna Read Streak is a fabulous addition to any mixed salad and can be harvested as deliciously peppery baby leaves. A Japanese heirloom, this leaf is found in many gourmet salad mixes. It is a speedy grower and will add color and zest to any dish. This variety is slow to bolt and quite heat tolerant. It is not as tolerant to the cold making it a great summer pick for your plate. Sow densely for harvesting as baby greens.
