Grow parsley as a biannual or an annual. Plant in the spring when the soil is ready to be worked. Sow directly and in full sun exposure. Plant seed a fourth of an inch deep and space six to twelve inches apart. Sixty to seventy five days until mature. The plant will be about a foot tall and leaves will be a dark luscious green when ready to be harvested.
