Radish Seeds - Korean - Sushiro - Hybrid

Its white roots grow 3-4" long and weigh about 2-3 oz. It can be grown year round in mild climate areas. Sushiro is a good substitute for Passion Altari and it available in untreated seed. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in spring or fall in a sunny location. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Use in soup, salad, tsukemono (pickled). Excellent for kimchee.
