Summer Savory Seeds

Summer Savory is one of the ingredients in the Herbs de Provence along with rosemary, thyme and oregano. It has a warming effect both in aroma and taste. Native to Mediterranean soil, this heirloom is used as a culinary boost all over the world. The colonists brought it with them to America in an attempt to keep some familiar flavor in their foods. Romans use it to flavor vinegar.
