Register an Account:
To sign up for a store account, click on my account at the top of the page. Click New customer? Sign up, and fill in the information. Your email becomes your user name. After completing your order, you will have an account that you can access by logging in the Your Account section of the site. Your rewards points will be saved and you will be able to access order history, tracking information and other convenient features.
You can check out as a guest when making a purchase, but there is a benefit to creating an store account. You are able to earn rewards points, and view your order history.
You earn rewards points with every purchase that you make as a registered customer. When checking out as a guest, your rewards points are lost. If you begin a purchase not as a registered customer but register in the process of checking out, then your rewards points are saved in your account. On your next purchase, you can choose to apply any accumulated rewards points to receive a discount on your order, or you can opt to continue to save them in your account for a future purchase.
When you click My Account in the top right corner, you'll be taken to your account page, where you can view and manage you account information. You can:
- You can review your order and payment history including order fulfillment status and tracking information.
- The addresses connected to your account.
From the cart page you can preview your shipping costs by clicking "Shipping Calculator", enter the ship state and zip code and click "calculate". You will then be able to preview your shipping charges. You will be able to choose your shipping method later in the checkout stage. Note: You do not have to preview shipping charges before proceeding to checkout. It is simply a convenient option to check shipping rates ahead of time.
The secure checkout process ensures your customer information is safe and confidential. Below is a description of the various sections of the checkout process.
Existing Customer?If you are a returning customer with a registered account, you can login here. Your customer data will auto populate on all the fields making your check-out process much faster.
If you are not returning customer with a registered account, you can skip this and proceed to the Shipping Information section. Later, you will be given the option of checking out as a guest, or registering an account during the checkout process.
The first part of the checkout process is the customer information page. Here you enter your shipping address, and you apply planting points, or rewards points towards your purchase. At this stage you can decide to check out with an account, or check out as a guest.
Here you choose your shipping method. Choose from standard and expedited shipping. Standard shipping is $6.95 for order under $75. Shipping is free for orders over $75.
Here you can enter your credit card information, or check out using pay-pal. If your billing address is different than you shipping address, you can enter it at this point.
When you've checked to make sure your information is complete and accurate, click Complete Order you will be taken to a page where you can view your receipt, and eventually your tracking information. An email will also be sent with order confirmation, and tracking information will be sent to your email once your package ships.
