Beet Seeds - Cylindra

The Cylindra Beet earns its name from the shape of its root. The color is a royal purple and the root is almost carrot like with its cylindrical form. These beets are tender and sweet. The greens will grow eight to ten inches tall and can be harvested early for baby leaves and cooked like spinach.
