Sow Green Seoul Chinese cabbage microgreens seeds on a moist grow medium or soil layer. Spray down with water to make sure the seeds are adequately soaked. Cover with a thin layer of soil or coco coir or a wet paper towel. Black out your seed tray using either another tray or a plate and place in a room-temperature area for a couple days. Check on the seeds each day. They should be moist--not soggy. So only spray when necessary. Once the seeds have germinated, place next to a window to receive indirect sunlight and rotate the tray each day so your microgreens grow straight.
