Vitaminna pak choi cabbage seeds are about the size of broccoli, so sow the same way--about a milimeter between each seed. Plant on a moist growth medium or soil. Cover with a light layer of moist soil or a wet paper towel. This makes the seed feel buried and contributes to a more humid environment as the seeds sit in darkness under a black out tray or plate. Uncover the seeds once they have germinated and place under grow lights or next to a windowsill; however if you place next to a windowsill, be aware to rotate the tray so that your vitaminna microgreens seeds will grow nice and straight.
