Collards Seeds - Georgia Southern

The Georgia Southern Collard is also know as “Creole” and is best grown as a fall crop. Collard Greens thrive in humid and warmer climates. The Georgia Souther is a favored strain as it is slow to bolt and non-heading which makes it great for growing in poor soil conditions and heat. This is high yielding plant and is an excellent source of vitamins A and C. The leaves will grow up to three feet and are easy to prepare alone and go well in any dish calling for cabbage.
