Sprouting Green Pea Seeds - Organic

Pisum sativum. Sprout indoors. Using a sprouting tray, add a fourth of a cup of seeds and allow them to soak four to six hours. After initial soak, rinse peas three to four times a day and drain immediately. Do not allow water to stand. You should be able to harvest sprouts in just four days.
